    我和婆婆不同的风味——嘎鱼豆腐汤

    上学以后,大部分时间都在宿舍和奔波在路上,没有精力也没有时间折腾美食了。不过,家里有甜枣这么个贪吃会吃的家伙,总要偶尔露一小手看看他吃得满意的笑脸啊(那可是我极大的享受哦)。这家伙早就跟我念叨过小时候婆婆给他做的嘎鱼豆腐汤,看他描述的时候眼睛眯在一起暗自回味的样子,呵呵,还真想让他重温旧梦yesterday once more一下。
    去超市买了嘎鱼和豆腐,在网上查了查菜谱,开始洗手做羹汤喽。这两天开始降温了,吃着热气腾腾的美味鱼汤,总要感概一下:自己好幸福啊~~(我家的space越来越像是fb日志,日益缺少diy的产品了。这样不好,不好~~)

    嘎鱼豆腐汤:
    原料:嘎鱼三条,豆腐一块,娃娃菜若干片,葱姜蒜,调味料

    1.嘎鱼洗净,控干水分。


    2.油锅六成热,下入姜片和嘎鱼,稍后下入蒜。倒入少许黄酒烹出香味。



    3.基本煎熟后,倒入足够的开水,大火烧开,加入葱段。豆腐切成厚片,倒入汤中,大火烧开。下入娃娃菜,小火慢炖20分钟。

    4.加入适量的盐,胡椒粉。出锅喽。鱼肉滑嫩,鱼汤和豆腐鲜美,娃娃菜甜美,呵呵,还不错啦。



    5.近景特写,甜枣说跟婆婆做的不太一样,不过也很好吃。呵呵,各有各的风味嘛。喜欢以后我的孩子也会常常想起妈妈做的菜的味道哦~~



    6.最后来一个沾光的,这是什么:
    问:你是什么?
    答:我是梨啊。
    问:你是什么梨啊?长得好丑。
    答:我丫广梨(鸭广梨,嘿嘿)。长得丑怎么了,好吃才是硬道理。
